• All merchandise is dispatched from our Shanghai headquarters.
• Orders received by 16.00 pm will be handled and dispatched on the same day; orders received after 16.00 pm will be handled and dispatched the next day;
• All merchandise will be shipped using the fastest and securest delivery method (and not by normal post) to the customer. If the recipient’s address is located in a municipality, provincial capital or large city the order shall be delivered using Shanghai Gaoqishi Trading Company’s courier network; all other orders shall be delivered using the Chinese Post Office’s EMS courier service;
• We are unable to ship products to addresses outside of the Chinese mainland or to P.O. Box type addresses and if we receive orders of this type we will express our apologies to customers and the order will be cancelled.
• China mainland delivery time from 1 to 7 working days(calculated from the time the customer submits an order)
• Customers that order online and discover any of the following on delivery can return goods unconditionally within 7 days of signed acceptance;
1) If goods are discovered damaged on arrival please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier;
2) If goods differ from those ordered online by the customer;
3) If goods that arrive are already beyond their expiry date;
In the event of any of the above we will refund the relevant payment and bear any shipping costs resulting from the return.
• If customers do not like the goods purchased online, made a typing error or want to exchange for another product, they may do so within 7 days of signed acceptance, however upon the following conditions:
1) That the original packaging has not been opened and the product has not been used;
2) That the merchandise is returned in its original packaging;
In the event of the above we will refund the relevant payment however the customer must bear any shipping costs resulting from the return.
• If customers experience irritation after using a product ordered online they can immediately apply for a product return or exchange, however the following criteria must be met:
1) Provision of a China mainland region Grade Ⅲ or higher hospital dermatologist’s examination report;
2) The date on the examination report must have occurred after the customer signed receipt of the goods;
3) The examination report must clearly indicate that the skin condition was caused by the cosmetic product in question;
In the event of the above we will refund the relevant payment and bear any shipping costs resulting from the return.
• We will only accept product returns of goods sold through this website. Please directly contact the original purchasing dealer for goods purchased through any other channels outside of this website.
Goods return procedures
1) Please always ensure to call our customer hotline (021-6150-9884) first to report your concerns then handle the return according to our customer representative’s instructions;
2) Please include all items of your returned product (including free gift packaging, gift box and stuffing materials inside the box), even if it is already torn or damaged;
3) Please attach your sales note and receipt with the returned product.
4) For your convenience, please quote your purchase order number to our customer service department.
We will complete the payment refund within 3 working days after receipt of returned goods and after identification verification:
1) If you paid by online banking, the refund will be made directly back to the debit/credit card used;
2) If you paid by Alipay, the refund will be made directly back to the Alipay account used;
